David (Dave) Althoff, a service-disabled veteran, is the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of AL Group. His professional and personal achievements earnestly characterize his commitment to excellence and his desire to serve others.
Paul Lavin is President and COO of AL Group. He leads the business operations of the company and develops the strategic plan.
Blake Carroll has a Degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University. Blake began his professional career in the construction industry with Pulte Homes as a Superintendent. He then went to work with Perini Building Company. During his tenure with Perini he was exposed to many different high-profile projects at various stages of Commercial Development.
