Quality Assurance
AL Group has an active Quality Assurance (QA) Plan that establishes the QA activities performed throughout the life cycle of our projects. The QA group has a reporting channel to senior management that is independent of the project manager. The goal of the QA program is to verify that all products and documentation to be delivered meet all technical requirements.
The Project Configuration Management Plan identifies all of the Configuration Items (CI) that are subject to the Project plan.
The Al Group Quality System includes the following:
- Document Control: Ensures employees have the correct procedures and that procedures are properly maintained.
- Audits: Verifies quality procedures are being followed.
- Non-conformance Tracking: Monitors and tracks quality issues. Includes tools to perform Pareto chart, failure mode, and root cause analysis.
- Corrective Action and Preventive Action: Corrects flawed processes indentified via audits and Non-Conformance Tracking to prevent defects from reoccurring.
- Management Review: Reviews the quality system data (performance and metrics) to ensure the quality system performance is met, and if not, take appropriate action to improve the system.
