• Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED): We build or remodel buildings to LEED specifications. As defined on the LEED web site, LEED certification "provides independent, third-party verification that a building project meets the highest green building and performance measures."
• Energy management systems (EMS): We provide computer-automated systems that control your HVAC, lighting, and energy requirements. EMS is also integrated in our facility management services.
• Life Cycle Cost Analysis: We research and determine the environmental impacts of projects or services.
• System upgrades for energy efficiency: We can evaluate, recommend, and implement methods and technologies to upgrade your energy-dependant systems and increase your energy efficiency.
