Project Management Services

Some of our construction project management services include:

• Industrial Facilitation: We provide the following industrial facilitation services:
  • Fit-up and installation: This includes planning, designing, and construction.
  • Maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO): We manage preventative, scheduled, or unscheduled maintenance. We can also provide Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as required.
• General office and administrative: We have extensive experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of general office and administrative facilities.

• Educational and Vocational Training: We have developed over 200,000 square feet of educational and vocational training facilities in the U.S.

Our Experience

We have over 35 years of experience delivering quality project management support for complex maintenance, supply chain, and construction projects. We have provided supply chain management, project management, and system design for several U.S. and international military maintenance depots.

Al Group has provided program management support for the Scottsdale Healthcare Military Training Simulation Lab Project at the Osborn Medical Center. This project delivered a state-of-the-art medical training facility for the U.S. Military. Federal funding for this project required detailed program reporting and compliance. AL Group used its experience in government contracting, six sigma green belt and Project Management Institute (PMI) certified program manager to meet the stringent program requirements.

They have also managed construction of maintenance training simulation facilities for the U.S. Army and Air Force.
