Our facility management services provide everything you need to effectively and efficiently run your organization's day-to-day operations.
Some of our facility management services include:
- Building engineering: We team with architects and professional engineers (PEs) to produce electrical, mechanical, or structural designs for existing buildings or new projects.
- Data/network communications: We provide data/network communication services that include everything to design and implement a solid Local Area Network (LAN) communication infrastructure. This includes cabling, server, and router/switch installation. We also coordinate the planning, installation, and maintenance of digital or Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) telecommunication systems.
- Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC): We manage your climate-controlled operations to provide thermal comfort and maximize indoor air quality.
- Energy management systems (EMS): We provide computer-automated systems that control your HVAC, lighting, and energy requirements. EMS is also integrated in our sustainability services.
To ensure that your organization has accurate reporting of program metrics and cost and schedule data, we also provide financial management and reporting services.
